Career Day at Sweetwater
The Botsford-Swinford ("Botswin") LLC is sponsoring a bus to transport BSU students to Sweetwater Sound for Career Day on Friday, November 6th. This will be a great opportunity to meet the Sweetwater staff and audio production students from other universities, tour the facility, and to hear about some of the opportunities there and what they look for. To reserve a seat on the bus, take a $5 deposit in cash or check to Botswin by November 1st and sign up at the reception desk. Your deposit will be returned to you once you get on the bus and show your ID and receipt, it's just a way to make sure we have the right sized vehicle, and that the people who are serious about going have a seat.
Students from MMP and TCOM will gather in front of Botswin at 8:15 a.m. that morning to sign release forms and board for an 8:30 departure. The program in Fort Worth will go from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and you should be back to campus between 4:00 and 4:30 pm. in the afternoon. Charlie Ricker and Kristan Pfeifer from the Ball State Career Center will be on hand to provide further career development information during the trip. Contact Dr. Willey for more information.
